BEACON'S REACH - GUEST RULES:
1. No more than a total of 12 persons, including children, shall be allowed to occupy a rental unit. Use of the common areas (pool, beach, etc.) by more than a total of 12 persons, including children, from a rental unit at a time is not permitted, unless approved in advance by the association. Group parties by renters are not permitted.
2. Parking permits or guest passes are required on all vehicles at all times. Parking of all vehicles shall be on the unit’s driveway, under the unit, or in the garage as appropriate. No vehicles shall be parked on the shoulder of the road. Boats, boat trailers, utility, and other work trailers, unlicensed motor vehicles, jet skis, recreational vehicles, travel trailers, campers, fifth-wheel trailers, all-terrain vehicles, and similar items used on land or water may not be parked on any street within Beacon’s Reach, on a driveway or yard, except in an enclosed garage or other approved parking area within Beacon’s Reach.
3. Noise coming from a rental unit, including noise from televisions, radios and any other audio equipment must be kept at a reasonable sound level as to not infringe upon the quiet enjoyment of the neighbors and the neighborhood. Particular care should be paid to hours before 8 a.m. and after 10 p.m.

We ended up here last minute after we had to leave our first house. We were NOT disappointed! The way the house was built at an angle and the abundance of windows, gives you the most amazing views! The amount of natural light throughout the house was perfect. We loved the wide open layout of the dining/kitchen/living area. The master bedroom is gorgeous, the elevator made it easy to transport our belongings for loading/unloading and I loved the wooded area around the house. We were very sad to leave.
