Description

Sol Beach Retreat is a beautiful oceanview house in Emerald Isle with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It's location grants guests quick and easy access to all that the Crystal Coast offers including various local eateries and shops!

Total bedding includes a king, a queen, a double, and a double/twin bunk.

Additional amenities include: High-speed Wireless Internet, Roku Streaming, Private Pool that can be heated for an additional $650/Week (Please Note: If the temperature is below 55 degrees, the heat pump will not work), 6 Smart TVs, Covered Deck with Deck Furniture, Outdoor Decks, Picnic Tables, Ceiling Fans, Hair Dryers, Iron/Ironing board. Park-Style Grill, Enclosed Hot/Cold Shower, Interior Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher. Recreation/Game Room with Foosball, Shuffleboard, Corn Hole, and Bicycles.

Linens and towels are provided with beds made for weekly stays only.

Rents from Saturday to Saturday with 3-night minimum nightly rentals allowed during the off-season.

No Smoking. DOGS ALLOWED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Rentals Only; Monthly Rentals Not Included); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Electric is included in the rental amount, the monthly cap varies based on the number of bedrooms.

Please Note: Oceanfront properties (with the exception of condominiums) cannot be booked solely for the month of September until after August 1st in an attempt to obtain weekly bookings. However, if a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September will be booked prior to August 1st. All other properties will be booked on a monthly basis anytime during the year for September 1st unless noted otherwise. If a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September will be booked prior to August 1st (if property allows).

Wow! Thank you so much. We come to Emerald Isle every year for a week before Memorial Weekend. Family gathers for the annual seafood dinner the last night. This year is extra special. My granddaughter, Lilly, learned to swim in your pool! The family said this was the best location of many we've tried. The extras you do....bicycles, wagons, inflatables, are all appreciated. Thanks for sharing your home.

We had a great stay. Dawn was very helpful and knowledgeable, and responded extremely quickly. The house was awesome for a beach getaway. The beach was a quick walk, and Dawn provided everything we needed. The backyard and decks were relaxing. We also had fun in the game room. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and I have no qualms about highly recommending Dawn's house.

This was a fantastic place to stay!! It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and a quick walk to the oceanfront. The house had everything you could want for a beach trip. I would most certainly stay here again.

Loved this house! Very well decorated and clean. Either newly renovated or just very well kept. Game room was lots of fun for our teenage boys and even for my husband and I. We all really enjoyed the pool, perfect to cool off in after a hot day on the beach. The beach is just a short walk away. This was a perfect location for us since we brought our dog with us on her very first family vacation. I highly recommend this house, we would love to stay here again when we come back to Emerald Isle.

Sol Beach Retreat was definitely a wonderful retreat for our family! The location was perfect and close to everything, the house was immaculate and felt brand new and the house had all necessary amenities....and beyond! Our children were beyond excited with the added touches of current tween books(which my daughter reread all week long!), a wide variety of well maintained board games as well as all of the added beach accessories(wagon, boogie boards, chairs, toys!, umbrella, etc.). We would stay here again in a heart beat!

I wish we could give more than 5 stars! Visited for Mothers Day weekend with 2 adults and 4 children (2 teens, 2 littles). It truly felt like the house was custom fit for our family - every bit of beautiful and cozy decor, helpful labels and info, all of the supplies you could imagine…around every corner another thoughtful detail. Location: privacy thanks to beautiful trees. Ample parking and yard for playing catch. Enjoy the view from multiple decks (with seating at varying heights for everyone!). Listen to the breeze and see birds, squirrels, even deer. Yet still only 5 minutes to shops & restaurants. And an easy walk to 2 beach accesses (tons of gear to use!) Amenities: Comfortable beds, curtains and TVs in every bedroom? Spotless house with a kitchen full of supplies? Amazing! Fun: Pool with ample seating, bikes, shuffleboard, board games, foosball and Pac Man - my children had a ball! Owners: incredibly responsive and welcoming- we truly felt at home and can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing weekend at Sol Beach Retreat! Truly an absolute retreat-peaceful, beautiful and comfortable. Thank you Martins, for all of the attention to detail! We loved the pool, sitting outside enjoying the breeze, playing, and eating great food. The beach was full of entertainment-watching fishermen, seeing crabs and jellyfish, birds, and playing in the tide pools. We are all sad to leave and cannot wait to come back!

The memories we made at Sol Beach will forever be the best part of our time there. Some of our favorites were the quick walk through the "woods" to the beach. The privacy of the backyard, with the pool was perfect. We felt like we were in a resort with the chairs and umbrellas set up for our stay. The game room downstairs with the bedroom, bathroom and wet bar/refrigerator space was great for everyone. It was also a great way for the kids to be downstairs and the adults to have their own separate space upstairs. And the open concept on the main floor was perfect when everyone did want to gather for a meal or game time around the dining table. We can't wait to return for another visit!
