Sound of the Sea East 123 is an Oceanfront 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Townhome with breathtaking views and only steps from the beach access! Bed Sizes are 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Double, and 2 Set of Twin over Twin Bunks.

In a gated Oceanfront complex with many amenities to choose from including a swimming pool, clubhouse, pickle ball/tennis courts, walkway to beach, and outside shower, this home is conveniently located for easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, small theme parks, bike trail & more!

Enjoy your morning coffee from the private decks with outdoor furniture.

Ground Level includes Bedroom #1 with a Queen bed, TV, and private patio with access to the beach. Bedroom #2 with a Double bed and Twin Bunk bed, TV, and laundry area. Shared full bath this level.

Level 1 includes Living area with a flat screen TV, Dining area that seats six, Fully equipped kitchen and seating for four at the counter, a Half bath, and Covered deck with furniture and ocean views off living area.

Level 2 includes Bedroom #3 with a King bed, TV, and private deck with furniture and ocean views! Bedroom #4 with a Queen bed & Twin bunk bed with TV. Shared full bath this level.

Amenities: 5 TVs with cable and/or Rokus, Central heat and air. Dishwasher, Interior Washer/Dryer, High speed internet access, Ceiling fans throughout.

***No Smoking in or on property, including decks. ***

Up to 2 small or medium dogs stay free with the All Inclusive Pet Policy (sorry, no large dogs, no cats).

Rents Weekly Sunday to Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season and last minute during In Season.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 gate cards and 3 parking passes. One parking space at unit, additional parking available in overflow parking on site. ***Lost Gate Card Fee is $75, Lost Parking Pass Fee is $50.***

We were able to have all of our family here with the beds and bedrooms this beautiful townhouse provided. Very updated, kitchen had tons of supplies, nice bedrooms and baths. Several days we had 3 people working remotely and Wi-Fi handled it well! Being on the beach and having a pool was huge. Sorry to see that the smaller pool was closed though.

I love the gated community. The views and how close the beach is. My husband and I came a little later this year and I really liked that we could use the pool. The new pots and pans were great. I love the blue leather furniture but it needs to be replaced. When u sit down u sink in way down. But I know it gets a lot of use.

Refreshing and clean space, and the location in the complex was convenient for accessing both the beach and the pool. And the lockable gate at the top of the deck stairs was clutch with toddlers in the mix!

Loved being next door to another part of my family. Unit 123 is just right, close to the pool and close to the beach. Just wish the small pool was opened for the small kids. Why was it not opened? Isn't paying the high rent part of have both pools opened?

Really updated nicely with very tasteful decor. Beautiful kitchen and counters. Nice ocean views and salt water pool was great!

This house is clean, beautifully decorated and upgraded, and nicely appointed. We like to cook and have found everything we needed in the kitchen?this is particularly important as we are accommodating a food allergy. We need ample counter space and there's plenty. Beds are comfy and HVAC system works well?we like being comfortable. Always love the high Adirondack chairs for sitting outside. The layout is roomy, flows well, and great for accommodating our adult children?having their own patio, bath and bedrooms all on the bottom deck. We would definitely book again if we need 3-4 rooms and dog friendly. Our pooch is very happy here, too.

The property was amazing! My whole family repeatedly made comments about the townhouse and how much they liked it. It was spacious, had many conveniences of home, and was in a great location for both pool and beach access. The beds/pillows were comfortable, bathrooms were plentiful, and the kitchen had everything I needed. It was so nice to have a set of knives that actually worked, or had a sharpener to use! The owners seem to value what they put in their rental - quality furniture, appliances, and beach equipment. We appreciated it all and had a wonderful stay!

Everything that we needed was available. We just arrived and unpacked. This property had everything we needed and was very clean. Bluewater made the process simple and stress free. We will be back next year!

For 22 years we have been coming to the Sound of the Sea at Emerald Isle, all my children and grandchildren call it home at the beach. They want to return for another year, as always. Bluewater makes it easy to make reservations and sends us updates in a timly fashion. Just wish a unit would come up for sale.
