Ground Level: Bedroom #1 with Queen & Twin Bunk Set, patio access to the beach, 32" Flat Screen TV. Bedroom #2 with King & a 32" Flat Screen TV, Full Bath shared. Small Storage Area with refrigerator. Level One: Living with 42" Flat Screen TV, has oceanview deck. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar with French Door Refrigerator, quartz counter-tops, icemaker, dishwasher & microwave. 1/2 Bath located off the Living Area. Location is great! Semi-private beach access is great! The addition of an ice maker and a keurig style coffee maker would be a bonus.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this house! Plenty of space and a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and very organized. We would definitely rent here again!

SOS125 had a great view of the ocean and easy beach access. Our family enjoyed the layout and the beautiful decorations! Everything was updated and very comfortable.

Homeowner has done a fantastic job making the property idiot proof. Their beach chairs were a huge bonus. I love the mini garage that this unit provides. If I could change 1 thing it would be the addition of patio furniture on the bottom level. However, this would not keep me from renting again! It was lovely.

Loved being an end unit and close to the pool. This unit was so well equipped especially the kitchen, just needed a pizza cutter.
There were several wine bottle openers but no pizza cutter!! 😕
