Southern Breeze is an Oceanfront home with 8 bedrooms and 8 full and 2 half-baths! You will definitely want to be one of the first guests to stay in, what will be, a beautifully designed and decorated vacation home! Southern Breeze is one of our Wedding and Event Friendly homes! If you are reserving this home for any type of event, i.e. dinner party, rehearsal, wedding ceremony and/or reception, please speak with our vacation planners prior to reserving your rental for help with special terms and conditions. A few of the amenities you can expect to see are a Private Pool (may be heated for an additional $625/week), Hot Tub, and Elevator (from Ground to Level Two,) as well as, 10 Color Cable TVs, 3 DVD Players, a Media Room, access to High-Speed Wireless Internet, a Game Room with Pool Table, Open & Covered Decks, and an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, just to name a few!

Bedding: 5 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Double Beds, 2 Twin beds, and 1 Daybed with Trundle.

We would definitely rent Southern Breeze again! The great room/kitchen and dining area are very spacious. Since our gang loves to cook, the size and functionality of the kitchen accommodated everyone. The covered gazebo was a great space for sipping morning coffee and afternoon reading. One of the main reasons we booked Southern Breeze was because of the easy walk to the beach with fewer steps than previous rentals. Bluewater was quick to take care of a few maintenance issues we encountered (hot tub losing water, new propane tank for the grill, loose pool railing). The outdoor areas could use more tables and seating for dining outside. Lastly, a huge plus - NO BUGS!

We selected Southern Breeze because it looked like it would offer plenty of space and light and we weren't disappointed. Nine ladies from a quilt guild rented Southern Breeze for a week of quilting and it was a great choice. There was plenty of room to spread out and the bedrooms were big enough to be comfortable. Being right on the beach was a plus. Seeing the dolphins every day a plus, plus. We will certainly consider this same place for 2020.

The house was beautiful, lots of room, very well equipped, close proximity to the beach, loved the gazebo. The weather was beautiful, saw three sharks right near the beach, porpoise, and a whale, found beautiful seashells. Love Emerald Isle and Southern Breeze, Laura Disney, Stevensville, MD

Summer Breeze is very spacious and our entire family enjoyed sharing it together. There was plenty of room so that everyone had their own space. The kitchen is large and many people can work together in tandem. The view is spectacular. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to book a larger home with great views, beach access and amenities.

Perfect House for small intimate Wedding of less than 50 people. Excellent Area and access to beach A+. Need to bring your own beach chairs & Towels. TV's in Bedrooms are not HD Flat screens but that's OK if you are planning to be outdoors all day.

Summer Breeze was the perfect home for us to rent. Our daughter got married and we wanted to spend extra time with family and friends who attended. The house was spacious with every amenity we needed. We had 24 people staying and never felt cramped for space even during meals. The house was just a few steps from the beach. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you Bluewater for insuring our stay was relaxing and easy.

Southern Breeze wass fabulous for our group of 13 people. Bedrooms quite roomy and kitchen area gave lots of prep room. Decor was superb, but tv's in rooms were a bit dated(still useable) and the figuring out the remotes to play the tv and sound system in the front room seemed more complicated than it needed to be. Directions would help. Water taste indicated a new water filter was needed. Nice spacious beach house.
