Stay Salty is a 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 -Bath home located on a quiet cul-de-sac located only one house from the ocean. The high dune lot has great views and a walkway down to the beach access. Stay Salty has the feel of a classic coastal cottage with updated amenities. The two levels of outdoor decks have sun and shade that include tables, chairs, loungers and a porch swing. The fenced in back lawn area is large enough to play all your favorite games with the confidence your young kids won’t run to the beach. A mile away is the community boat ramp and a kids playground. House equipped with high speed internet.

Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a king bed with a private bath. Also a large Rec Room including a ping-pong table, large TV and sitting area. Included downstairs is a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator and a microwave. Connected to the laundry room is a half-bath that is convenient to the pool area. From the Rec room is easy access to the pool area which includes an oversized deck area, tiki bar, plenty of deck furniture and 2 outdoor showers, one enclosed.

Level One: Living area with an open dining area. Kitchen has a new dishwasher, a new stove and a new microwave. Bedroom #2 has a king bed, a day bed with trundle, private bath, flat screen TV and opens onto the deck with ocean views. Bedroom #3 has a king bed, flat screen TV, private bath and a work station for those needing to work from “home”. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed. Bedroom #5 has a twin bunk bed. Bedroom 4 and 5 share a full bath.

Amenities include: Private Pool (optional Heat Fee), Recreation/Game room with Kitchenette, ping-pong table, corn hole (bring your own bags), Outdoor Tiki Bar, Large fenced in yard, Central Heat & Air, Washer/Dryer, Ceiling Fans, Gas Grill, 5 Flat screen TVs, 2 Blu Ray and 2 DVD players, Dishwasher, Oven, 2 Microwaves, 2 decks providing both shade and sun, Tiki Bar, Enclosed Hot/Cold Shower.

The owners have thought of everything! This is our second year staying at Stay Salty. This is one of our favorite places. Well laid out. Everything is organized. Extra stuff like spices, paper products, coffee, washing liquids (Dawn, Gain, hand soap) are all there! We will definitely be back!

We stayed in Stay Salty this past week and we could not ask for a nicer vacation rental. Everything was clean and the home had little extras like a puzzle and a deck of cards that our grandchildren spent time playing with. The labels on the kitchen drawers were an excellent idea so we could put items away in their proper place and thanks for letting us know what light switch worked which light with labels. We will definitely rent Stay Salty again if available for the week we need it. Thank you!

Stay Salty was such a comfortable, well decorated home. There was a lot of attention to comforts for their guests. Well equipped kitchen. Dock box with pool toys in the pool and tiki hut area. Nice umbrellas and patio furniture. Nice walkway to the street with a storage box for chairs and boogie boards upon your return from the beach. Gas grill and outdoor shower. Locking doors on upper deck and on fence around the pool. Had a great week.

We have been coming to EI for 7 years for family vacations. This was by far our favorite house. The house was clean and well stocked. Beach access was a breeze with the walkway from the house to Ocean Drive. The pool was perfect! Our big 'kids' loved night swimming and the changing colors in the pool. They also loved hanging downstairs. Plenty of space to spread out. Plenty of garbage pails for garbage pickup which has been a challenge in other houses we've stayed at. We would definitely recommend Stay Salty!

We loved the house! It was clean. The set up was great! Decorated so nice. Loved the pool area and the tiki bar. We also liked all of the labels on everything-cupboards, light switches, etc.

We were not able to use the grill. It was full of ants and the tank was empty.

The house was clean and beautifully decorated. So much room for a couple families to stay. The pool was a nice size. Not to bad of a walk to the beach.

Stay Salty was the perfect house for our very large family of different ages. We spent most of the day on the beach and then enjoyed the pool as dinner was prepared in the well-stocked spacious kitchen. The walk to the beach access was short and made easier by the steps down the back of the property. A secure storage shed was provided at the bottom of the stairs for all the beach gear. That was awesome! The layout of the house allowed for spacious bedrooms, private bathrooms, recreation, beautiful views, and easy access to the pool and Tikki Bar. The house was super clean, had significant storage for our belongings, groceries and the two refrigerators added to the convenience.
We had such a wonderful vacation and would strongly recommend this house and can't wait to return next year!

We have stayed at several homes on Emerald Isle and this was our favorite by far! The home is completely updated, very well stocked and very clean. Our large family had plenty of space in this five bedroom home. The pool area is amazing and was very useful on the days the red flags were out on the beach. We plan to stay at this house every year now.

This home far exceeded our expectations. The updates were beautiful. It was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with almost anything needed (even a muffin tin for blueberry muffins)! We opted to have the pool heated and it was ready for us on arrival. Right across the street from beach access. My family had a wonderful vacation at Stay Salty and certainly hope to return.
