Welcome to Summer Winds Sports Condo Complex located in the quaint fishing village of Salter Path (next to Emerald Isle). Summer Winds condos are guaranteed to meet the needs of all members of your party! Summer Winds has both direct oceanfront & oceanfront condos only!

Ground-level spacious conference room for 150 next to the pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings, or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a wonderful beach getaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds A-318 is an Oceanfront 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Third Floor condo. The Living area has a Flat Screen TV & a covered deck with furniture. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar with microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a twin bunk set and an additional twin bunk. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedrooms #2 & #3 share a Full Bath.

Amenities include 4 Cable TVs, DVD player, CD/Stereo. Dishwasher, Microwave, Answering Machine, Washer/Dryer. Covered deck.

Total bedding includes 1 king, 1 queen, and 3 twins.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Linens & Towels Provided with Beds Made! (Weekly stays only)

No Smoking.

No Pets.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2-night minimum stay, off-season only.

This home is perfectly located near both the main outdoor pool and indoor pool and just steps from the beach. We've stayed in this unit twice and would absolutely stay here again. The layout is perfect for our family of four and the views are simply perfect.

The property was great. It was well stocked with kitchen cooking/baking utensils. The unit had cable and Hulu for those days when you had to stay in. Tile floor throughout which made for easy clean up. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I would recommend to families, especially those with children.

The layout of this unit is very nice! It's spacious enough for a family of four and allowed our children to have their own rooms, which is ideal. The doorway that closes off the children's bedrooms from the living area is also very smart. Appliances are in great condition and the view is unbeatable!

One of the main reasons that we choose Summerwinds is because it has an indoor swimming pool and elevators. On days that aren't perfect beach days we know that we can enjoy the indoor pool. And unlike Pebble Beach, the elevators are greatly appreciated when lugging up all of our stuff (the luggage carts, too). The view of the beach from 318 -- the living room, porch and master bedroom was just delightful. Whenever people ask where we're going on vacation we also include mentioning that Bluewater is a great realty company and your rates are very family friendly. You have my five star rating. LGM
