Summer Winds B-338 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, third-floor oceanfront condo with an amazing view of the ocean without leaving the condo! This condo has a large open living area with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Master Bedroom #1 has a king bed and its own private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a double/twin bunk.

Welcome to Summer Winds Sports Condo Complex located in the quaint fishing village of Salter Path (beside Emerald Isle). Summer Winds condos are guaranteed to meet the needs of all members of your party! Summer Winds happily provides only the best views with exclusively oceanfront condos!

-Conference facilities for up to 150 people

Additional Amenities: The condo has lots of convenient amenities such as a charcoal grill within just a few steps of the condo, 4 flat-screen TVs, game room, shuffleboard, Card/Poker table, pool table, central heat and air conditioning, a washer, and dryer, and a beautifully furnished covered deck!

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Linens and towels provided (weekly stays only).

Rents weekly only from Saturday to Saturday.

No Smoking. No Pets.

Guests will have access to outside storage to store their beach chairs and equipment.

This is our 5th year staying at Summer Wings at the 'abby by the sea' has by far been the best! Our family just loved everything to the decor, the little 'notes', fully equipped kitchen and how can you beat the view! Just breathtaking at angle of the condo. We are definitely staying again next year! Thank you for opening your home and making our Summer of 2019 on to remember!
