RELAX and take in breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the covered and uncovered oceanfront decks. Master bedroom #1 has a King Bed with a Private Bath and a Color Cable TV. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed with a Private Bath. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin beds and a Shared Bath. Master bedroom #4 has a King Bed and a Private Bath. Full Kitchen has a Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Dishwasher. The spacious Living Room has a Color Cable TV. Enjoy taking the elevator to the top floor views.
Total bedding includes two kings, one queen, two twins, and one full sleeper sofa.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Please Note: Oceanfront properties (with the exception of condominiums) cannot be booked solely for the month of September until after August 1st in an attempt to obtain weekly bookings. However, if a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September will be booked prior to August 1st. All other properties will be booked on a monthly basis anytime during the year for September 1st unless noted otherwise.
