We LOVED this house so much! It’s so close to the beach and beach access. The layout is perfect for a large family or multiple families. The views were spectacular! Our only complaint (which is so tiny compared to how perfect everything else was) is the driveway, it’s super steep but the stairs on the side make it so easy to walk up/down the driveway.

House was clean. Driveway very steep, must come in at an angle. It was awesome to have the mini fridge for drinks. Loved the washer and dryer on the middle floor. Great views and deck. No steamer in the kitchen. Grill is a park style grill. Highly recommend this home.

This home was one of our all time favorite rentals. The views, the very short walk to the beach and layout were all fabulous. Having an ocean view from all of the 4 bedrooms and the living room/kitchen is pretty amazing. The huge decks are great for morning coffee or watching the stars at night. There are covered decks and uncovered ones as well. This was the perfect layout and having the entrance to the house on the ground level so that you do not have to weather the elements with outdoor steps is one of the nicest features. Being a pet owner of a larger dog, this is a big selling point. There is plenty of grassed yard space for walking your pets on the side and behind the house and not cactus or sand burrs to worry about! The first floor 1/2 bath and recreation room made for a great kid hang out area. We have never stayed on the 'point side' of EI, but wish we had done so earlier because we fell in love with this neighborhood. There seem to be more year round home owners and well kept homes and yards. This was a fabulous location and house!

A perfect beach house! With decks for each room, we had 4 sets of couples easily accommodated. Also the view is incredible since the house sits up so high. The driveway is really steep but we all brought trucks or SUVs so it wasn't a problem. We also didn't realize there were two beach accesses nearby so we were able to go to the one less crowded for Memorial Day weekend. Will definitely rent again!

We loved everything about this property! the decorating was cute and very beachy. The bathroom setups were great for different types of families. WE loved all the decks with views and the deck chairs! Great outside shower. WE like this more quiet end of the island and the location near the beach access. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of dishes and coffee mugs.
