Sun Like it Hot is a 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath Oceanview Home in Emerald Isle. Sun Like it Hot your vacation at beautiful Emerald Isle. Relax in your very own private Hot Tub or take a swim in your own private pool. Play a couple of racks on the Pool Table in the Den/Game Area! Equipped with High-Speed Wireless Internet so you can stay connected anywhere in the house Sun Like it Hot on your vacation. Want to get out of the house? The beach is just a casual stroll away. Done at the beach? Walk to the movies, grocery store, beach shopping, restaurants. A great house in a great location! Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with Private Bath. Ground Level Den/Game Area with a Pool Table, TV with DVD Player and streaming media, and Stereo. Level One: Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and private deck access. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedroom #4 has a King Bed with a Private Bath and private deck access.

Sun Like It Hot was an awesome house! Everything was great and there's a reason why we always go through Bluewater! Everything is always clean and everyone is always responsive if we have any issues. We've rented through Bluewater 20+ times now, and we'll continue to do so until we retire down there somewhere!

The house was conveniently located to the beach and shopping. We loved the backyard pool area. It was so secluded and relaxing. It worked well for our family. everyone had a place to sleep and great places to hang out.

We enjoyed this vacation home. It is nicely decorated and furnished. The decks and pool make for a very enjoyable stay. It is only a short walk to the ocean. Definitely a property to consider for another stay!

We had a wonderful vacation. The pool was the biggest hit. Entertaining an 8 year old and 2.5 year old grandchild is not always easy! The house had plenty of room for 4 generations of my family. My father (83) loved the top deck/porch where he could watch and listen to the ocean. There was always a fantastic breeze! The big kids (30-36) loved the hot tub and pool table. The house had everything we needed, especially the kitchen, and we cooked/ate every meal in. The location was fantastic as going to the grocery store was literally 2 minutes away. The house was stocked with board games, puzzles, videos to watch, and activities for the littles. My granddaughter (2.5) loved the Lincoln logs which brought back memories of my childhood. The property was like a manicured oasis. The fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs with ample shade on the cool concrete. My husband brought his boat and several went fishing every morning. And of course the beach, which is always my favorite. But due to the hot/humid weather and the short hike to the beach, I utilized the pool with the grandkids!! I'm a sheller and there were just no shells at this part of the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic week and a fantastic house for our family!

The house was beautiful and clean. The view of the ocean from the third floor deck fantastic. The fact that you can hear the ocean from the house! We loved the pool, hot tub, the fenced in yard. It was so peaceful and quiet but still close enough to walk to everything. Also loved the keyless entry so we didn't have to stop at the Bluewater office. Really appreciate all the emails updating us on the status of the preparation of the property before we arrived.

We liked having the pool, and the privacy around the back yard. It was a short walk to the beach, the kids would ride their bikes over several times a day.

We loved staying here! We loved having a private pool and hot tub. So much space for our family! The pool table made it perfect for the teens to have pool tournaments. The view was wonderful from the third floor balcony.
