Sweetwater is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom oceanfront home nestled in the heart of Emerald Isle, making all of our amazing local shops, restaurants, and family-friendly activities just a short distance away.. This home is the perfect place to bring the whole family for a week at the beach! Sweetwater is just steps from the sand, which is accessible with your own private walkway. Forget something in the house? Don't fret: it's not far!

Ground Level: Covered Parking. Cold Outdoor Shower.

Level One: The main living area and kitchen are on this level with deck access. The living area has a TV with DVD player and has views of the sparkling ocean. The open concept kitchen leading into the living area is perfect for gathering after a day at the beach or conversiving while a meal is prepared. The main kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwashers, oven, and a coffee maker!

Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed with a TV and DVD player. Bedroom #2 has a Double bed with TV. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Bunk Sets (sleeps 4 total) with TV. Master Bedroom #4 has a Queen bed with TV and private bath. There are also 2 full baths.

Additional Amenities include: Hi-Speed Internet (Wireless), Washer & Dryer, Charcoal Outdoor Grill, Ceiling Fans, DVD Player, Covered Deck(s), Deck Furniture, Private Walkway to Beach

Linens and towels provided (weekly stays only)

Rents weekly only from Saturday to Saturday.

Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay (off-season only).

This is our favorite house and have stayed at least 6 times. The house is clean and spacious with a perfect location. We will be returning again.

We love Sweetwater because it's right on the beach. Walk down the steps and you're in the sand! It is very comfortable and we noticed the appliances are new since we were last there. And everyone is so friendly.

We've stayed at Sweetwater three times and the house is perfect for our family. The location is quiet and has easy access to the beach. We will definitely rent it again.

We loved our family week on Emerald Isle. The beach house was perfect! Clean and maintained well. We enjoyed the covered porch and the short walk out to the beach. We hope to return next year!

Sweetwater is located perfectly on the island. The floor plan works well with our family. We noticed the new deck chairs and two new bunk mattresses. We had a great week.

Oceanfront and easy access to the beach. Keyless entry is a big plus, too. House was well furnished and we enjoyed cooking our meals each night.

Sweetwater is a very comfortable, well maintained beach home. We loved that it was all on one floor and the windows were perfect to give us beautiful views all day. The deck is covered next to the home with an open extended area to the steps down to the beach. We were there for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it--really would have liked to stay longer!

We rented this same property last year and have put it on advanced hold for next year. The unit was in great condition as usual with new decks as an added bonus. Your housekeeping staff is to be praised. My wife left a jewelry bag which they found and contacted me that afternoon and made arrangements to mail it to us. They are to be praised for their honesty. Thank you and your staff for an enjoyable experience.

The deck is wonderful. We really appreciated the over hanging roof for shade or the area for sun. We had beautiful weather, picture perfect days and cool evenings. It was really the best vacation ever!

This place is great. So much so that we put it on advance hold after only two days of being there. The house is very nice and the large front deck and rocking chairs got plenty of use. We had a great time.

We had perfect weather, the ocean temperature, at 80 degrees, was amazing, and the beach is so very clean.
The house is well decorated and well appointed: the outside decks are a real plus.
