The Sand Castle is a stunning home featuring endless upgrades such as hardwood floors, Flat Screen TVs, High Speed Wireless Internet, and granite counter-tops. Offering 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with views from every angle of the oceanside home.

Enter this home on Level One from porch. Stepping into an open area, this level is complete with 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has Queen bed with Flat Screen TV and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has twin bunk and Flat Screen TV. A full bathroom located on this floor. You can also find the washer and dryer on this level.

Level Two features an open concept kitchen and living space. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a dine at bar with granite counter tops. Garbage disposal, Keuirg coffee maker, toaster oven panini maker and blender is also available for use. Relax with a Flat Screen TV and DVD Player in the living area, or step out onto the covered deck and take in the pool views.

Head up the stairs to Level Three. Once here, you¡ll find the spacious Master Suite with King bed and sitting area. Private bath connected with walk in shower. Step out onto the porch and enjoy the pool views. Relax in the community pool. Basic cable, Netflix, and Roku is provided.

The house was perfect for our family of four to stay for a weekend. Walking to the beach and restaurants was nice, check in and out process was super easy, house was clean. Would stay here again.

We loved the location of the property the most out of any other item. Beach and restaurants/bars are all within walking distance. Grocery store and post office only 1 mile down the road.

Sandcastle has a great location just off the main guarded Atlantic Beach. It is a short walk not only to the beach but several great restaurants, Bier Garden, bars and beach supply stores (Berts). Foodlion is 2 minutes by car. All of the houses in this subdivision surround a community pool, there is a beauty salon and a Gelato store onsite- the gelato is amazing! The house has a very large master suite bedroom with comfortable King bed and private balcony. The other 2 bedrooms are on the first floor and have their own baths. The kids bedroom is a little akward as it has glass doors on it but my kids didnt mind. The kitchen is adequately stocked and every room has a tv. There is no view of the ocean and most windows face another seperate unit so they were shut most of the time. We had a beach caddy to get all of our stuff to the beach which I would recommend as it is a little walk. We also like the 3 seperate AC zones as everyone likes their own temperature. Many of the units around us were rented by the same extended family and each family had thier own House which they very much appreciated. We loved how convenient this place was to everything.

This is our second stay in the 'Lookout at the Grove' development. We will be returning in the future. This is a great development with a lot going for it.
Short sidewalk path to the beach. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops, and overall a very nice community.

The community is very nicely landscaped and includes a nice pool. There always seem to be 'communal' floats in the pool during our stays which is fun.

The Sandcastle itself is nicely outfitted and is a bright and enjoyable rental. One side of the house has a nice view of the pool, and the other has a slight ocean view and looks on the other houses in the development. The ocean view is enough to see the conditions on the beach. The house has everything you need to make yourself at home. I had previously booked another week at the Sandcastle later this summer and I don't regret the decision. We will be happy to return.

Visit Idlehour Biergarten for drinks and lunch or dinner. (Walking distance - great for eating in or takeout)
Visit Shark Shack for Lunch or Dinner (Walking distance - great for eating outside in the picnic area or takeout)

We stayed in The Sand Castle one at the circle it was unite #9, super clean plenty of room for everyone and I was impressed with how much closet space this place have considering the fact that it is a rental property. The house was beautiful furnished very welcoming plenty of kitchen space new appliances. The house have three different AC unite each floor can be controlled separately. Washer and dryer located at the bottom floor the kitchen is fully furnished and spotless and the most important of all is the quick service we got the minute we asked for something. I will highly recommend this unite big windows a lot of light and wonderful all the way, kids friendly and safe yet relaxing and welcoming, Looking forward for our next vacation I will make sure to request the same unite next time. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

This vacation was amazing. The walk to the beach is short. There were dolphins out every morning we went to the beach. The views of the ocean were amazing. The house and the pool were wonderful and the kids loved them.
