Been at this home each year since about 2000--Lots of top floor windows (great view)--number of beds & layout is perfect for our family. Parking is outstanding (even some is covered-great if you have to pack/unpack in the rain). Elevator is a real plus for the old mans back when unpacking/packing all our gear. Beach access-fishing at the Point, etc....ALL GOOD!

The house is beautiful and very well maintained. There is plenty of parking and a very quiet area. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe make the sidewalk extend over to at least the next sand dune. We have spent the last three years at Viewpoint and it fits our large family perfectly. Every bedroom having its own bathroom is a major plus. There is plenty of room outside for corn hole and other games. We definitely plan to come back.

Viewpoint has the best views on the Crystal Coast! The home was well equipped and conformable; two dishwashers were a special treat of which we were unaware. Great porches with plenty of rocking chairs for entire family.

We love staying here. The house is spacious. The kitchen has two dishers, which is fantastic after larger meals. Location is great. We will be back again.

The size of the home is perfect for a large family with multiple couples and small children. The absolutely breathtaking views from the third story windows and balcony are unparalleled. The private walk to the beach and large beach itself are the icing on the cake!

This was our first year staying at the Viewpoint and we were very pleased. For about 15 years, we have spent our family vacation further up the beach and we love this 'new' location. The view is phenomenal! And, the house is stocked with just about anything you could want (I even took our Keurig, only to find the house has one!). Having a bathroom for each bedroom was great - and the house very comfortably accommodated our family of 10. There is plenty of parking and we loved the yard. From the deck we saw a possum, two turtles, a huge rabbit, two deer, numerous birds and a squirrel right in the backyard. We look forward to returning next year.

Pleasant weather enjoyable by a spacious deck area, access to the water, and comfortable rooms. The unique shape of the home allowed a panoramic view of the ocean and beach activity. Excellent parking arrangement and room around the outdoor of the house to play games.

We stayed at the Viewpoint June 10th thru the 17th. The house was amazing and plenty of room for our large family. The elevator was great for my Granddady and unloading the groceries. The beach was so quite it almost felt like our own private beach. Loved our stay there and will definitely come back!!!!

We have rented VIEWPOINT for 13 years. Excellent location. Perfect configuration for our group. ELEVATOR is a real plus. Easy to work with BLUE WATER.

Wonderful property and aptly named. The views were awesome. The elevator made it very friendly for a multi-generation family vacation. Kitchen was very well equipped and the beach was perfect for the little ones. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.

Great access to beach for all -- little ones and fishermen alike. The trail through the dunes to the beach is a great adventure for the little ones. The shallow beach run out makes a very safe area for young skim & boggie boarders.

The house is very accommodating- elevator is a great plus moving in & out beach view is outstanding!

Viewpoint is a perfect beach home. Views are so beautiful from every angle of the upper level. Rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is equipped the best of any vacation home I have seen. There is plenty of parking so guests can come and go easily. The elevator is a dream for moving in and out. For guests who were unable to use the stairs, the elevator was a Godsend. I hosted a week-long celebration of my 60th birthday with friends rotating in and out. Everyone had their own room and their own bathroom. I have already made a reservation for next year!

PERFECTLY NAMED! The floor to ceiling windows across the front and sides offer the best 'viewpoint' of the beautiful emerald ocean and beach. Rock away the days and nights on the covered and uncovered deck.

EACH of the 6 bedrooms has its own bathroom.

Elevator a real plus for arrival and departure days.

Quiet and friendly neighbors on both sides at privately owned homes.
