Ground Level: Large open Den with TV and Sofa. Full Bath. Separate exit to ocean. Bedroom #1 has 2 Twins. Paved driveway and covered parking. Hot & Cold enclosed outside shower. Level One: Living Area has direct access to the Ocean deck. Large dining area. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and bar seating. Bedroom #2 with Queen. Full Bath. Level Two: Master Bedroom #3 with King & Private bath with whirlpool tub.Flat Screen TV. Bedroom #4 with Queen. Bedroom #5 with 2 Twins. Shared Bath. Open Deck with Chairs is also on this level. Casablanca ceiling fans. To make sharing your vacation easier, a connecting door between duplexes,Wee Blew Inn East, allows for convenient access and a shared living space when renting both halves.

DOGS ALLOWED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Rentals Only; Monthly Rentals Not Included); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, last minute or off-season only.

We use the the home for staff and leadership retreats. We love that it is easy to go between the two "halves" to visit and share things. The view is amazing and the home is very comfortable for us.

Love the location. Had been previous years as our personal family used for about 20 years. House is in good condition, clean and well furnished. The internet did not work on WEST side, but we were able to get 5G on the EAST side most of the time.

I come to Emerald Isle every year for the month of October. This year, I had trouble finding a monthly rental, so ended up renting 2 weeks back to back. Bluewater helped me find a duplex that I could rent the east side for 2 weeks and then move to the west side for the remaining 2 weeks. Their houskeepers were also very helpful with the move, making it feel seamless. The house is beautiful and very comfortable on both sides.

The upstairs balcony was my favorite! I got up early and had my coffee out there and watched the sunrise every morning! It just needs some TALL chairs up there and it would be perfect!

We enjoyed an amazing week with a variety of fall weather, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, pods of dolphin almost daily, and plenty of room for our small group of four friends to have privacy and gather for cooking and visiting. The location on the water as well as on the island was perfect and relaxing. Everything was clean and in great condition. Bring your own chairs and beach toys as the beach is wide and welcoming!

Absolutely loved the house, you could tell it had been built and furnished very recently. The ocean views were great as we saw dolphins almost every day. Highly recommend this house to anyone.

A wonderfully, comfortable house. I have stayed on both sides and would return in a flash. Don't want to be more glowing as I'm afraid it won't be available next year 😉. With all the hurricanes offshore prior to our stay, was not surprised by the rough water but it was spectacularly beautiful none the less. Oh to live at EI.

We have stayed here for many years and every year the owners make upgrades and improvements to the property. They encourage feedback and welcome contact with renters. It has become a home away from home and our granchildren consider staying here a normal event in their lives that they look forward to every year. And the Bluewater staff are great to work with!
