Extremely easy access to the property - no steps, no elevator needed, and parking is only a few feet from the front door! Enjoy lounging, morning coffee, or dinnertime on the expansive private balcony deck area and make use of the easy access from the deck (see photos) directly to the community beach access and the pool!
Living Area contains a 37" HD Smart Roku TV, DVD Player, and Queen Sleeper Sofa (linens not provided). Dining Area has table seating for 6. Well stocked kitchen with a coffee maker, coffee grinder, kuerig, toaster oven, blender, and crockpot. All bathrooms have tile floors. Bedroom #1 offers a Queen Bed, TV, and shared bath acess. Bedroom #2 (Master) has a King Bed, private bath, TV, and Deck access with gorgeous Ocean views. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds, TV, and private bath.
