Relax on the front porch and take in the salty air from this 2-Bedroom Almost Oceanfront Cottage, located just 2 lots from the ocean! Enjoy the easy access to the beach with the Public Beach Access just a short walk away.


Level One: The spacious Main Living area has direct access to the uncovered deck right from the living room. Enjoy your evenings by taking in the coastal views and sounds while relaxing outside on your private deck. Dining area seats 6, with a second table seating 4-ideal for overflow diners or family game time! Living Area includes a 3 TVs with Streaming Capabilites, 3 DVD Players, stereo/CD player and a Wet Bar. The well equipped kitchen has a microwave, toaster-oven, blender, and dishwasher in addition to the major appliances. Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, a Private Bath, and access to the Oceanview Deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed & a Twin Bed with access to the Oceanview Deck. A Full-Bath connects Bedroom #2 and the Laundry Room.


Amenities include: 3 TVs with Streaming Capabilites, DVD Players, a Stereo/CD Player, High Speed Wireless Internet, Wet Bar, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, Crock Pot, Toaster, Toaster Oven, a Washer/Dryer, a large Movie Library, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Gas Grill, Great Views from the Deck, and an Uncovered Deck with Furniture. Puzzles, board games, book and movie collection, sand and water toys for the beach. Enjoy the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

we love the closeness to the ocean and the huge deck.We've been staying at this home since 2016 and we noticed that the ocean view is being blocked by the trees, a little trimming would fix that.

103 Ebb Tide is our home away from home!!our 'beach house'We love how close the house is to the beach, the huge and private deck with ocean view.The house is very well maintained, it shows that the owner cares about the property and keep the house in very good shape.We will be back in Sept 2021 for a second time.We can't wait!!!

We absolutely LOVE 103 Ebb Tide and hope to return very soon, the location is very convenient, so close to the beach and the view of the ocean is wonderful, you feel like you are at a beach front house without having to pay the high price.The house is very well maintained, it shows that the owner cares about the property and the guests.

After our reservation in Ocracoke was washed out, we were scrambling to find somewhere else to go. The Customer Service representative worked with us and contacted to house owner to see if they would allow us a Friday - Friday reservation since we had already taken those days off of work for the original vacation plans. They got back to us that day and we were able to reserve 103 Ebb Tide. Loved the house, it was perfect for two adults and a 2 year old. Plenty of room, great view, separate bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. Quick five minute walk to the Ocean beach and a short bike ride or car ride to sound access at the public boat launch. Plenty to do in the area for us all, movie theater, aquarium, playgrounds, and close enough to all the shops in town. Would love to come back again in the future.

A dream vacation come true!!! This house was so amazing! I had decided that if the house was as nice as the pictures, this could easily become our every year vacation house.
