Stellar house, fabulous furnishings, lots of cookware and dishes. The views were tremendous from this home. Appreciated all the extra's the homeowners included. We completed 3 puzzles and lots of books on this stay. Wide variety of inside entertainment and games were found in the front room drawers. There is no way this home could disappoint. Looking forward to another stay here next year with many extended family members (the place has LOTS of bedrooms!)

3 Palms is a beautiful property! The house is nicely decorated, the pool area is exceptional and the views are amazing. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll ever need. We had a very relaxing week and have reserved 3 Palms again for next year! If you're looking for that perfect family beach house, this one is for you!

It's hard to name a single favorite thing about this fabulous house. Could it be the gourmet kitchen, the porches, the pool, or the stunning panoramic views, this house has it all and we love our week here.

This was the second year that we have rented 3 Palms. It is a beautiful home with everything we need. We cook a lot and this home has a beautiful big kitchen. We think it's the nicest home on Emerald Isle and we have been renting homes here for over 25 years. Bluewater Realty has been great to work with. They have done a better job than Emerald Isle Realty in quickly and fully responding to any issues we have had. We can't wait to return next year.

We have been renting vacation properties for 40 years, up and down the East Coast. We have rented countless properties in that time, and this is the best place we have ever rented, bar none! We had 8 adults and 5 children in our group and everyone raved about the house. Whoever owns this place, keep doing what you're doing. It's working! Also, Bluewater Maintenence was very responsive to the couple of minor issues that we encountered.

We loved the 3 Palms house and everything about it. We had plenty of room for everyone. The swimming pool and tiki hut were wonderful. Our grandkids loved the pool and it was a perfect way to cool off for the adults too. The beds were so comfortable. We just loved everything about the kitchen. The elevator was very helpful for unloading and loading the luggage and groceries. The house was so comfortable we all never wanted to leave.

Wonderful house(hardly a cottage) that handled 16 adults very easily. Beautifully furnished. Some guests wanted to take the beds home. Plenty of silverware and glassware. Under-counter icemaker handled cocktail hour(s) with ease for the entire group.

We loved how close this property was to the beach! The view from inside the house was just as spectacular due to all the windows. We had plenty of room for our 14 people with room to spare. We hope to return to this beach again next year!

3 Palms is AMAZING!!! We had 14 adults in this home and we were all very comfortable. I actually forgot we brought a 19 year old boy as I didn't see him for 2 days! He was in the game room shooting pool the entire time! We have already booked our vacation for next year and everyone is counting the days in which we return. Thank you, Bluewater, for providing this opportunity. The layaway plan made payments so much easier!
