Located in the secluded area of the island called "The Point", An Emerald Gem really is a true "gem"! Its location is perfect for family vacationers wanting to fish, look for shells, walk on the beach, or surf - wide, sandy areas of the beach do still exist! Home has LVP Floors and easy Beach Access.

Ground Level: Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower. Foyer. Game Room. Wireless High-Speed Internet Provided!

Level One: Full Living Area has Cathedral Ceilings and newly added Roku TV. Dining Area. Kitchen has a Microwave and a Dishwasher. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, newly added Roku TV, and a Full-Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a 2 Twin Bunk Sets. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full-Bath.

Level Two: Huge Master Suite (Bedroom #4) has a King Bed, a Full-Bath, a Sitting area, newly added Roku TV and a Bar.

Amenities include: a Pool, New Larger Decks, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, High-Speed Internet, 3 newly added Roku TVs, a DVD Player, a Game Room, a Cabana Room, Charcoal Grill, and Ping-Pong Table.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

The house was amazing. It was perfect for our family! The kitchen had everything we needed, including a high chair. Only con was the water pressure and hot water could have been a little better. All in all great memories were made!

The house was great! The location was perfect. The was stocked with everything you could possibly want. The pool was fantastic. We enjoyed the wildlife that came to visit daily. An Emerald Gem is truly a 'gem'.

An Emerald Gem offered lots of space. The garage was great to keep our bikes and beach gear. The pool was absolutely fabulous. It was very private with the bushes and received sunshine all day making the water warm. Many of the neighbors appear to be permanent residents and they were very friendly. Hands down, THE best puzzle collection. Thank you for making this lovely home part of our family memories.

We liked the home. We were very happy that our dog could come along with no extra fee charged. The beach was lovely and we enjoyed it very much. The area is very quiet and restful. We loved having the linens provided too.

We loved the fact that it had its own pool. Accommodations were perfect for the number of guests and Emerald Iske is not over crowded. Food prices were reasonable and it was very peaceful and quiet. Loved the area. Hoping for another stay next year.

The set-up of the house was very nice. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with enough dishes, glasses and cups as well as pots and pans. The pool is a great feature and we really loved it. Loved the front and bank decks and utilized the most of the time.

The balconies are wonderful and you can see the water from both levels. They are both shaded.

The emerald gem was the perfect vacation rental for our family. It is on a quiet street with very easy beach access. It also has easy access to the Inlet for the fisherman in the family. The game room was perfect to entertain the children in the evening so the adults could have a little quiet time to relax and we defiantly got our money's worth out of the pool. We were pleasantly surprised to find pool and beach toys as well as chairs, umbrellas and coolers in the house on arrival. We will be back next year to rent the same property.
