Atlantic Sea Oats is an Oceanfront Duplex is located within walking distance to the fishing pier, restaurants, shops and arcades. Open and Covered Decks include Outdoor Furniture!


Ground Level: Covered Parking. Foyer. Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower.


Level One: Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Covered Deck, and a Full-Bath with a Whirlpool Tub. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has a Double/Double Bunk with Twin Trundle. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full-Bath.


Level Two: Large open living area has Cathedral Ceilings. Dining Area. Bar seating in the Kitchen, which also has a Microwave, an Ice Maker and a Dishwasher. A Water Cooler and Bottled Water can be found in the Kitchen. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed. There is one Full-Bath on this level.


Amenities include: 5 Color Cable TVs, 1 Color TV (no cable), 1 DVD Player, a Stereo, High Speed Wireless Internet, Covered Parking, Open and Covered Decks, Outdoor Furniture, a Whirlpool Tub, a Park-Style Charcoal Grill, Cathedral Ceilings, 2 Microwaves, a Washer/Dryer, an Ice Maker, a Dishwasher, a Water Cooler, Bottled Water, and an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower.


Linens and Towels Provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.


No Smoking.


Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with the All Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays – No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.


Rents Weekly Saturday-Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2-night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

This was our second time at Atlantic Sea Oats, and we already booked same place and time next year. Love the house and location, and that check in and out is so easy. Everything is so clean, inside and out. After a 12 hour drive there, having beds made already is so appreciated, too! The only thing that could make our time there any better would be having a gas grill, since we won't use charcoal.

This house is perfect for us! It's lovely, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and sofa. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful deck views. Easy walk to the pier, ice cream, and shopping. Keyless Check in / out couldn't have been easier. Only thing we missed was a gas grill. Already booked our return trip!

Being right on the beach was so nice, we could sit on the deck and watch our grandchildren play in the water. We have been coming to Emerald Isle for 12 years and Atlantic Sea Oats is our favorite, we have already booked it for next year.

Having the flexibility of obtaining a nightly rental and having a pet friendly home where i could bring our dog. This property is in a great location along the beach because it close to the fishing pier. The beds, and property were in great shape. We loved the location of Atlantic Sea Oats! The house was very nice but the cleaning service fell down on their job leaving dirty bedspreads and comforters on the bed. The bathroom floor had weeks of mold build up under the rug! The owners need to check up on who is taking care of their beautiful home!I give it a 3 star rating only because of the cleaning service the house was GREAT!

Spacious and very well equiped home. Nice open space kitchen - living room Breath taking ocean views from almos everywhere in the house... Perfect location for shopping and fishing (Bogue Pier). Suggestion: New patio furniture and a gas BBQ would have improved our experience. We would chose this beach house again !
