Aurora East is an Oceanfront Duplex with a Swimming Pool (shared with the adjacent side), a Private Hot Tub, and High Speed Internet Access! (Bring your own computer.) Just steps to the ocean. Within walking distance to fishing pier, restaurants, shopping and small theme park! Open and Covered decks with beautiful Ocean Views, with table, chairs, and Rockers. Aurora East is equipped with a Water Softener, Fax Machine, Beach Chairs, Bicycles and a variety of sports equipment. Ceiling Fans in all rooms!


Ground Level: Covered Carport. Private Hot Tub. Swimming Pool (shared with adjacent side). Game Room with a Foosball Table and a Refrigerator. Full-Bath. Private Laundry Room, Charcoal Grill. Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower. Storage with Beach Toys.


Level One: Oceanfront Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, a large private Master Bath with a Jacuzzi tub, and and a covered Private Deck which overlooks the oceanfront Pool. Bedroom #2 has a King Bed and a covered Private Deck which overlooks the oceanfront Pool. Full-Bath between Bedrooms 2 and 3 - Oceanview Bedroom #3 has a Double Bed and a Twin Bed. Private Deck.


Level Two: Oceanfront Living and Dining Areas with Cathedral Ceilings and a large Covered Deck overlooking the Pool. The Kitchen has the best view of any on the beach and a large Island Bar which also has a Microwave and a Dishwasher. Oceanview Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed, a Twin Bed and a Private Deck.


Amenities include: Oceanfront Swimming Pool, a Hot Tub, High Speed Wireless Internet, Storage with Beach Toys, Open and Covered Decks, Beach Chairs, Bicycles, some Sports Equipment, Ceiling Fans in all rooms, Covered Parking, a Game Room, a Foosball Table, a Charcoal Grill, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, a Jacuzzi and a Porta-crib.


Please note: Check-In is at 4:00pm - No Exceptions.


To make sharing your vacation easier, a connecting door between duplexes, Aurora West, allows for convenient access and a shared living space when renting both halves.

This is our 7th year in this particular property. I really appreciate the bathroom up-grades. The showers are so much easier to get in and out of vs the previous tubs. Also, new covering on the stools in the kitchen add to the updated appearance of the kitchen/dining area. We have enjoyed the property as it is conveniently located to grocery stores, shopping, golf and restaurants.

We love the location! Close to everything. This was our fourth year at this rental. The pool was great. It could use a few updates. (The couch was broken but still useable.) We we're disappointed that check in time has been pushed back to 4:00. I wish there was an early check in option. Overall, it's a great rental property.

This home was perfect for our large family. It was close to everything. Each side was connected to the other, on every floor, which was wonderful, and it had everything we needed, such as bikes, beach chairs, a nicely stocked kitchen, plenty of seating, open floor plan, etc.

This was our first year staying in a house (vs a condo) since the early 90's. The Aurora was a perfect house for us - very spacious and comfortable. The 2 kings was especially nice for both my parents and us. Our kids liked staying up late up stairs and sleeping on the same level. The deck was great for breakfasts, watching the sunset, or just escaping from the sun. Loved the pool, hot tub, and outside shower. We will be back!
