If you want to enjoy the sights and sounds of a tropical paradise, Bahama Breeze is calling your name. This stunningly appointed 10 bedroom, 11 full and 1 half bath oceanfront home overlooks the Atlantic from the pristine dunes of Emerald Isle. Kick up your feet on the open and covered decks in a rocker or lounge chair and soak up the sun and the sounds of the sea. If swimming in the ocean isn¡t your style, slip into the spacious 15' x 33' oceanfront pool or the 6-person hot tub. The Pool can be heated for an additional $625 (if the temp goes below 55 the heat pump will not work). This magnificent home can make several families feel right at home with six oceanfront master suites.


Ground Level: Parking, Garages and elevator to all levels.


Level One: Theater room with Big Projection screen TV and surround sound system. The Game room is packed with Ping Pong Table, Pool Table, wet bar with ice maker and lounge area with Flat Screen TV. Game Room also has a refrigerator. Direct access to the Outdoor Pool is located directly off the Game Room. The Outdoor Pool overlooking the ocean also has an enclosed Kitchen that can be accessed from the Pool Area - stocked with a side by side Refrigerator, Freezer, Dishwasher and Microwave. Kitchenette on level one has a Refrigerator, Sink, Ice Maker, and Microwave.


Level Two: The bright and open living area sits atop hardwood floors and boasts a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and opens to the oceanfront covered deck. The dining table seats twelve and the wrap around kitchen bar seats eight. The spacious gourmet kitchen is nothing short of well-equipped; Stainless steel appliances include a double wall oven, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and freezers, freestanding ice maker and wide granite countertops and island provide plenty of space to mix your favorite drink or whip together a fresh seafood dinner. Directly off the Kitchen is a Half Bathroom and Office area with an ocean view and cozy sofas. The first of 6 master suites is on this level. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, private bath, flat screen TV, BluRay Player, Whirlpool Tub, stand alone shower and sweeping natural light. Bedroom #2 is also an oceanfront room with 2 twin bunks, private bathroom.


Level Three: Bedroom #3 is a corner oceanfront master suite with a king bed, private bath, flat screen TV, Whirlpool Tub, stand alone shower and oceanfront deck access. Bedroom #4 is an oceanfront master suite with a king bed, private bath, flat screen TV and oceanfront deck access. Bedroom #5 is a vaulted oceanfront master suite with a King bed, private bath, flat screen TV and oceanfront deck access. Bedroom #6 is a corner oceanfront master suite with a king bed, private bath, flat screen TV, Whirlpool Tub, stand alone shower and Oceanfront deck access. Finishing our the sleeping quarters on this floors is Bedroom #7 is an interior room with a queen bed, private bathroom and flat screen TV. Bedroom #8 has a TV and a king bed.


Level Four: A Fully Equipped Gym is located at the top floor with lots of machines, free weights and equipment for those who want to continue their exercise routine while on vacation. Aside from snoozing to the sounds of the ocean, Level Four offers another way to relax during your stay. Rounding out the second floor of this majestic home is a private cedar-paneled sauna room to give you the ultimate in a luxurious vacation escape. A Full bathroom is located directly off the Gym area as well as an additional room. Bedroom #9 is located directly off the Gym and Sauna Area and has a King bed, flat screen TV, Full Private bathroom and beautiful ocean views. Bedroom #10 has one queeen bed.


Additional Amenities Include: 12 flat screen cable TVs, childd high chair, stereo/CD player, Keurig Coffee Maker, Blender, High Speed Wireless Internet, ceiling fans, gas grill, hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower,Corn Hole Boards, X- box (series x) for gameroom TV, sauna, gas fireplace (off-season only), 3 washer and dryers. 2 Additional Twin Beds.

I love Bahama Breeze! It is a beautiful house, close to the water and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. The game room was awesome, the only problem was beat up ping pong paddles and no pool chalk, so we bought some. The workout room was great to have. We have been going to the Outer Banks for almost 30 years and this is my favorite house!!

The Bahama Breeze was a fabulous house to have our mini family beach reunion. The home was spacious and provided everything needed for both young and older. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all items needed to prepare fabulous meals. Every couple felt they had the master bedroom with all of the oceanfront rooms. Pool and hot tub clean and refreshing. Theater Room and game room were a huge hit. Would love to rent this home again soon! Well done to the owners for the home decor and the design! Felt very 'resort'!!

Bahama Breeze is a fabulous ocean front home that accommodates both the young and the young at heart. Mornings and evenings provided us with great dolphin sightings. The nearby pier also provided some very scenic views. Our 80+ 'young at hearts' enjoyed the theater room and some even tried out the fitness center. Of course, they had to use the elevator after their workouts! We spent time in the game room playing pool, ping-pong and foosball!This Blue Pearl home was perfect for our family reunion and included nearly every imaginable amenity! The rooms were beautiful including ocean front bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. The balconies, pool area and beach are where we stayed most of the time sharing and making new memories. The very large living room and dining area allowed us to all be together for meals, games, and enjoying company with family that we only visit with once a year. Emerald Isle is a beautiful location where the family has met annually for over 30 years. Our family made some new memories including sharing great meals prepared in the gourmet kitchen. My family has found a great vacation home for many years to come. Thank you Bluewater?

Bahama Breeze is an amazing house. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom so you can have privacy even though there are many people. There is so much to do just at the house that there is no need to go anywhere. We loved the theater room for movie nights and the beach and pool. The house is set up so well for meals for a large group, nice seating with a view of the ocean. I can't say enough about this house. We all hated to leave. Thank you Bluewater for the best family vacation ever!!
