Beach Blessings is an Almost Oceanfront, 7-bedroom, 6-full, and 2-half bath home located directly across from the beach access in the heart of Emerald Isle. Beach Blessings is one of our exclusive Blue Pearl Homes. Exquisitely-furnished and exceptionally-appointed, Blue Pearl Homes are top-of-the-line vacation homes. As such, Beach Blessings boasts an upgraded linen package, with your beds made-up for you, and comes with a heated pool (may be heated upon request for $625/week), a hot tub, and an elevator.


Beach Blessings has gotten a facelift this spring with new carpet in all the bedrooms and new lights in all the bathrooms. The three king bedrooms have all new furniture, and the three bedrooms on the west side of the house (top, middle, and ground floors) have new, firmer mattresses. The top floor living area has a new comfy sectional and stylish tables, and the wood floors are all shined up. The kitchen appliances were updated late last summer and are ready for your gourmet cooking.


Amenities and Info Layout -Seven spacious bedrooms, five with their own dedicated bathrooms. No sharing required. -Two living areas, one on the top floor and one on the bottom. Room to spread out. -A dining area large enough to accommodate your entire crew. -Access all three floors from the outside stairs and decks. -Two large driveways to avoid the car shuffle. -Spacious pool deck with room to lounge or play. Location -Directly across from the beach access. Almost oceanfront without the oceanfront price tag. -Walk or bike only a half-mile to countless restaurants, miniature golf, go karts, gift shops, the grocery store, and the movie theater at Emerald Plantation. -The Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier is within a 1/4 mile walk on the beach. -Situated on a neighborhood loop road with extremely light traffic. -Just a few blocks from access to Emerald Isle¡s paved paths for running, biking, or rollerblading.

There ¡s also a wet bar with mini-fridge, microwave, and ice maker. -Powder room also with access from outside. -Bedroom #1: Ocean-side queen plus twin bunk with trundle, TV -Bedroom #2: two twin bunk sets, one with trundle, TV -Full bath with tub shared by these bedrooms.


Level One: -Bedrooms #3 and #6: ocean-side master suites with king beds, private bathrooms, TVs, and direct access to the ocean-side deck -Bedrooms #4 and #5 ocean-side queen bedrooms with private baths, TVs, and direct access to the ocean-side deck -Laundry area with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Beach Blessings was the perfect house for our large family. It is in a great location within walking distance to shopping and the pier. The beach access right across the street was so convenient and we loved the extra parking on the property. Beach Blessings is a well appointed home with everything we hoped for. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining area was perfect with all the windows and views of the ocean. The house was very clean. The pool and fenced in front yard were perfect for the entire family and our two labs. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and multiple games of volleyball in the back yard. The beach boardwalk was right at the end of the drive. The downstairs game room was perfect for end of day cards and games. Perfect house. I could go on and on....

This house is perfect for my large extended family. A beach access is directly across the street and it is very close to the two grocery stores in Emerald Isle. There are areas of the house for our whole group to be together and enough rooms for those times when we need a break from the chaos.

I could write 3000 words about how terrific Beach Blessings is. We had 10 adults, 8 kids (four under 2.5) and found Beach Blessings had EVERYTHING. The smallest room(s) could fit a Pack 'n Play on each side of the queen bed. As of June 2022, the outdoor closets were overflowing with good condition beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, pool floats, even some golf clubs and a full-size surfboard. We brought board games (kid and adult), and the house already had almost all of them amongst the ~50 games spanning two huge cabinets. Super convenient to the beach, bike path, grocery store and everything else. Volleyball court was in great shape, no sand burs for us. The only caveat for families is that the 4 full bathrooms on the middle level only have showers, no tubs.

I loved everything about Beach Blessing, it has lots of dishes, pots and pans, coffee pots, the waffle maker, forks, spoons, knives, the icemaker, I loved!! Every bedroom was huge, the living and kitchen was very spacious, it has two tables in the kitchen so everyone can eat at the same time. the whole family loved the game room, playing pool, or playing foosball, are just watching TV. The swimming pool and the hot tub was another BIG succeed with the family, even though the water was cold, we still played in the pool, and then got in the hot tub. Thank for the little things like step stools in the bathrooms and kitchens for the little ones. We appreciate the nicely stocked kitchen that actually meets the needs of a group staying in a house this size. Great collection of books, kids toys and games. We had a family reunion and the house fit our four families perfectly. The Oceanside bedrooms were great, the pool was perfect, the view of the beach and ocean from the porch was nice because the house sat up high, location was near shops and grocery store, large lot avoided feeling crowded, lots of good parking for our 6 cars, well equipped for cooking and eating with everything we needed, and linen service with beds made on arrival was a nice amenity. Great week for us.

The house is perfect for a large multi-aged group. Arranged architecturally perfectly for our group and equipped to the extreme. We all enjoyed the decks with the view and sound of the ocean without being directly on the beach. The pool was a nice size and having large parking areas was a plus. The house was really great overall. We had a large group and everyone was very pleased with the house. The pool and hot tub were really great for the large group, and we used the volleyball court a lot. We'll definitely be back next year. Things we loved: The kitchen was really awesome, we love to cook and we cooked 3 meals every day all week. We brought a lot of things from home because rental kitchens are usually poorly equipped, but this one had almost everything we brought. We appreciated the crock pot and the built in water filter the most. The two dining room tables were great for games and puzzles when we weren't using them for dining. And the living room was super comfortable too - that couch! That's the stuff dreams are made of. The mattresses in the king/queen beds were remarkably comfortable. The beach access right across the street made it feel like we were oceanfront, and you can see the ocean from the kitchen/dining room/deck upstairs. The double fridges were super awesome, we fit all our food for the week and didn't have to make multiple trips to the store. Two dishwashers were super helpful too, we never had dirty dishes sitting around waiting. There are even two ice machines. Really, this house has everything. Note! The coffee makers (there are 2!) take cone filters. A few things that could be improved: (1) The wifi was a bit spotty - sometimes it worked well, and sometimes no one could connect at all. (2) The volleyball court was a big reason we booked this house. The court had sand spurs growing in the sand (like the plants were growing in the court), so we pulled those out, but there were lots of spurs remaining in the sand. There were also some small/hard to see cacti. The sprinkler head in the middle of the volleyball court is pretty hazardous, and it compacts the sand every time the sprinkler comes on. Adding more sand would be a great idea. We really love the idea of the court, but we nicknamed our sport 'Hazardball.' It didn't stop us playing, but you know, it was a little tougher than usual. Management Update: Sprinkler head in volleyball court has been removed. New landscaper for property as of 2020.

Spectacular house. It had everything we could ever imagine needing - like umbrella and chairs for the beach and a lot of beach toys as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The house was very comfortable and had enough space so that no one ever felt cramped. Loved it! Wish we could go back every year. I'd stay there again without any hesitation!

Great location with quick access to grocery store and essentials. Not a bad walk to beach to be across the street. Lot's of eating room for the family to sit down at one time. My daughter is an avid volleyballer and was looking forward to playing on the court in back yard, however the grass had these thorny things that put the Nix on her using the court, be a great addition to convert to sand to play in on the court. Our whole family really liked the house and layout, there were 16 of total plus the two dogs. Really enjoyed the drive through check in/check out service this year! In previous times this wasn't practiced at the other locations, hopefully all locations are using this concept, it was so EASY and FAST!

Plenty of beds made sleeping arrangements easy and comfortable. Since several of us enjoy reading, lamps at both ends of the sofa would be helpful. Perhaps footstools to prop up feet would be more comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, but a crock pot/slow cooker would be helpful. Had to repair towel bar in ground floor bath. It is still loose. Overall a very nice house with good view of ocean. Would definitely recommend.

Beach Blessings had the best floor plan for our extended family of 8 adults and 10 children ranging in age from 3-11. All of the adult couples had an ocean view and deck access from their bedroom and the multi bunk bed accommodations for the children couldn't have worked out better. The kitchen facilities were amazing with two refrigerators and dishwashers! We were able to keep plenty of food and drinks on hand which made it possible to limit our trips to the grocery and clean-up was a snap! Although located second row, it felt like oceanfront with the beach access directly across the street. The children greatly appreciated the many pool and beach toys/equipment provided, especially the baby pool and boogie boards!
