Beach Dreams West is truly a dream come true for a family of beach goers! This 4-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Duplex is the perfect place to spend a retreat in Emerald Isle. High Speed Wireless Internet Access Provided! Water Softener! The ocean views are breathtaking and are truly something to dream about.


Ground Level: Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower under deck. Bedroom #1 has 2 Queen Futons and a Flatscreen TV with a DVD Player. Laundry Room with a Washer/Dryer.


Level One: Bedroom #2 has a King Bed and access to the Oceanfront deck. Bath off of the Hallway. The Kitchen features, among other appliances, a Gas Stove, a Microwave and a Dishwasher. The Dining Area contains a table that seats six. The Living Area has a Flatscreen TV and a DVD Player. Doors open to the Deck off of the Living Area. At the end of the Boardwalk to the Beach, a rustic Gazebo awaits. From there one can enjoy the breath-taking Ocean View.


Level Two: Bedroom #3 is Oceanview and has 2 Double Beds. Bedroom #4 is Oceanview and has a Queen Bed. There is a Full-Bath off of the Hallway.


Amenities include: Central Heat/Air, a Washer/Dryer, a gas Grill, High Speed Wireless Internet Access, a Water Softener, an Oceanfront Deck, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, 3 Flatscreen TVs, 3 DVD Players, an Outdoor Showers, a Beach Boardwalk, and a Gazebo. Enjoy the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

We love this home, first, because it is oceanfront, second because of the gazebo on the deck which provides a delightful place to sit rain or shine, third, it is the perfect house for people with a dog or small children because of the ability to lock the gates on the deck/stairs and fourth, the furnishings/decorations are upscale, fun and comfortable. It's a keeper!

We love the layout of the home with ocean views from so many pl the rooms. Softened water was a treat as well as the gas stove and we'll equiped kitchen. We also appreciated the tall deck chairs allowing easy views over the deck railing. We are renting same unit next year.

The setting is wonderful with the gazebos to use for both East and West, depending on the sun. The West side has definitely been updated, but sure wish there was a bathroom on the lower level and windows. That is a bit grim!

Our family took full advantage of this attractive beach home. The kitchen is well-equipped for most any meal you might want to prepare. Three stories and four comfortable bedrooms provide room to spread out and relax without feeling crowded. The home is beautifully furnished in the appropriate beach theme. There are loads of puzzles for a rainy day and lots of books for beach reading. We enjoyed the deck and gazebo for spectacular views and quiet contemplation. It was the perfect choice for three generations ranging in age from two years old to sixty years young!
