Up the back steps is a Deck with Furniture. When entering the property you will encounter the fully stocked Kitchen and comfortable Living Area with Smart TV and basic cable. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and Smart TV with access to basic cable. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds and Smart TV with access to basic cable.
Outside, a Gas Grill for cooking up your fresh catch is provided! Enjoy the large Front Porch with Deck Chairs and Picnic Table to catch the ocean breezes!
Note: Ground Level Beach Life Down shared amenities include the Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer, miscellaneous Beach Toys as provided, and Backyard to relax in.

All other properties will be booked on a monthly basis anytime during the year for September 1st unless noted otherwise.
