Feel like one of the family when you come stay at Bill's and Jill's beach house! This traditional beach cottage has been long-standing on our coast, dating back to the early 80s. You will be surrounded by its classic style as soon as you walk through the door. You won¡t find any frills here, but this incredibly affordable oceanside 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is within walking distance to the ocean and neighborhood beach access.


Ground Level: Covered Parking. Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower. In-Ground Charcoal Grill.


Level One: Living Area, Dining Area and Kitchen/Bar Area with a Microwave and Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer. Open Deck is just off the Living Area and has a Picnic Table. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Full Bath.


Level Two: Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed & a Twin Bed in the same room. Bedroom #3 has a Double Bed. Bedroom #2 and #3 share a Full Bath.


Amenities include: High-speed Wireless Internet, 2 Color Cable TVs, a DVD Player, a Washer/Dryer, Covered Parking, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, an In-Ground Charcoal Grill, a Microwave, Dishwasher, and an Open and Covered Deck. Enjoy the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located accross the street! There is also a playground for children!


No Smoking.


Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with the All Inclusive Pet Policy for weekly and nightly stays - no fee!


Rents weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3 night minimum stay in advance during Off Season and last minute during In Season.


Linens and Towels provided with beds made for weekly and nightly stays.

Bill's and Jill's Home is very convenient to the beach. The area is relatively quiet and conducive to a very restful and peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor shower is a definite plus. The house is always in good condition. It is a very comfortable place.
