Ground Level: Entry with Laundry and Sitting Area.


Level One: Oceanfront Living, Kitchen and Dining Areas have access to large, Open & Covered Decks. Bedroom #1 has 2 Double Beds.


Level Two: Oceanfront Master Suite (Bedroom #2) has a King Bed, a Private Bath and Private Deck access; Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed.


Amenities include: Living area has a 47 inch LCD TV, 4 TVs, High Speed Wireless Internet Access, a DVD Player, Stereo/CD Player, 1 Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Open and Covered Decks with furniture, Gas and Charcoal Grills, Central Air and Heat, and an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower. The upstairs fireplace is NOT useable.


No Smoking.


In 2024, DOGS ALLOWED with an additional pet fee of $50.00 per pet (2 Pet Max) - Weekly and Nightly Rentals Only. In 2025, up to 2 dogs allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - no fee! 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.


Rents weekly only from Sunday to Sunday.

We love staying at Casa Atlantica! The house is perfectly positioned on the beach and the back deck made it comfy to enjoy coffee in the mornings and offered a place to see spectacular sunsets each evening. We also want to say that we appreciated the guest amenities boxes (soaps, lotions, laundry and dishwasher soaps, etc.). This was a wonderful touch!

This was a wonderful beach home. It was so comfortable and the kitchen was a cook's dream. It was so well stocked. The art was beautiful, beds very comfortable, the deck was so inviting and overall we were so pleased and happy to be in this home on the beach. I would love to return just so I could stay there again.

My family and I have been renting on Emerald Isle for 30+ years. This is our first time at Casa Atlantica in Pine Knoll Shores. This home was by far the best property we have stayed at. The location and view was amazing not to mention the well-card for home with all the amenities of home. We love to cook and the well-equipped kitchen was a big plus! It was so quiet and peaceful there too and being able to bring our 4-legged child made it extra special. As a first responder, this is just what my husband and I needed after a very challenging year. We have friends in EI who joined us for dinner one night and my sister joined us the last few days. I only wish there were more weeks available for us to come back!

And the location was perfect, we have always previously stayed in Emerald Isle but this location was closer to our favorite restaurants in Morehead City and Beaufort.

Loved the covered porch the most! The house is right on the beach-just a short walk down the steps. The house had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and a gas grill. The kitchen was stocked very well with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. We decided to get the linen package and we are glad we did. We will definitely stay here again.

10/16 - 10/23 - Our family had a great time and would definitely stay there again next Fall. All the comforts of home and then some. Loved the shower in the master bedroom! Easy access to the beach and easy cleanup with the outdoor shower. The only complaint would be that the pantry was locked and we had to use the counter space to put all of our groceries. The kitchen was amazing though and we enjoyed having family dinners! Thanks for sharing your home!

we liked the layout of the House all the bedrooms Kitchen and Living room overlooked the Ocean.the sunsets very spectacular and seeing a fin whale and dolphins was fantastic our grandchildren loved it ,they could run right from the veranda down the stairs to the water. we had a grand time

This house was spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped with quality cookware and there was lots of room for all the adults to cook in the kitchen without feeling over-crowded. The house was also perfect for the dogs and the baby. Wish we had had some glass drinking glasses as the plastic ones were worn. We loved almost everything about this house. Gorgeous views and lovely covered porch with lots of places to sit. A wonderful vacation!
