Your whole party will surely be Chillin' The Most in this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home with astounding ocean views! You will have access to your own private pool and your own private hot tub that can accommodate up to six people! Multiple outdoor decks and a bonus sunroom will help you take full advantage of the Crystal Coast views.


Ground Level: The exterior of this home has a covered area that is ideal for parking your car in the shade! There is also a hot/cold outdoor shower to take advantage of after a long day of sand and sea. This level contains a den/game room with a TV, a PlayStation 3, a futon, and a foosball table! There is also a full bathroom on the ground floor.


Level One: Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a TV, and deck access. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a TV, and deck access. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, a TV, and deck access. The three bedrooms on this floor all have access to a shared full bathroom. There is also a half bath on this floor.


Level Two: This level of the home houses a large, open living area with a TV. There is a spacious dining room with a large table that comfortably seats six and additional bar seating for five that faces the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped to serve all of your dining and snacking needs with updated appliances and a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and blender. Ask the Amazon Alexa Dot to play you some music or outline the weather for the next few days while you sit on the couch or cook a meal! There is a cozy sunroom on this level with large windows to let in the warmth of the Emerald Isle rays. Take in beautiful ocean views from sunroom, living and dining room plus the decks! Master bedroom #4 has a king bed, a TV, its own private full bathroom, and deck access to take in the sights.

Additional Amenities: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience! You will have access to a private pool and hot tub as well as an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. There is an in-unit washer/dryer, updated kitchen appliances, a toaster oven, a blender, and a Keurig coffee machine. There are 7 TVs throughout the home. You will have access to ample open and covered decks with pretty colorful furnishings that can be accessed from the living room as well as all bedrooms. There is a charcoal grill on the premises, perfect for cooking out on a beautiful evening with your party. Sip your morning coffee while you watch the kids play in the private backyard.

Loved our beach week. My husband and I have been coming to Emerald Isle for over 40 years. We had a perfect week. The house was great. Kids loved the pool. We wish there was more deck seating for all of us to be together but we still had a wonderful trip. We will be looking to book again in 2024.

Our week stay was a girls week to celebrate my daughters high school graduation. Although we traveled with our 2 elderly mothers and the stairs were a bit much for them; they were able to enjoy from the decks. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cook ware! The Pool Guy came to the rescue on departure when my daughters car would not start. He was patient and kind and definitely saved the day!

Chillin the Most welcomed us to the island for a girls beach trip to celebrate high school graduation. We found the house very roomy. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware. The pool and hot tub were a plus with unfavorable ocean conditions during our stay. Two elderly mothers in our party were not fond of the stairs and that the kitchen was on the third floor. However, they were able to enjoy the coming and goings from the decks. The pool man was our superhero when we had a car that would not start on our departure and he was patient and kind in assisting with giving a jump start.

The pool was absolutely PERFECT, so much back yard with total privacy. Every appliance, utensil, and amenities for the kitchen was so convenient. Plenty of towels and linens for everyone. As to be expected with any multi-level beach house, there were plenty of steps, but outside steps were easier and convenient to every floor/entrance.

Our family really enjoyed our vacation staying in Chillin the Most. There was plenty of room and the kids loved the pool. My only complaint was the steps but we rented it knowing that it was three story and there would be plenty of steps. We did just fine with the steps. We will be coming back to Emerald Isle in the future.

Our family enjoyed chillin' the most. It wasn't far at all from the beach and you could sit outside at night and hear the waves crash on the shore. The pool and hot tub were fabulous to hang out at when you didn't wanna walk to the beach. We would rent this house again!

Chillin the Most was bright, cheerful and loaded with with natural sunlight. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Location was great with a beach access very close. Beds were clean and comfortable, furniture was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and everyone in our party had ample space. The pool and hot tub were clean and in good condition. Overall a great experience!
