Kiwi Dream is a gorgeous, almost oceanfront, 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, duplex nestled in the heart of Emerald Isle. Beach access is right across the street for your convenience! There is also a newly added external elevator that makes bringing in your luggage, groceries, and beach gear totally hassle-free!


Ground Level: On this floor of the home you will find a den/ game room that features many entertainment options including an air hockey table, and a TV with a DVD player and an Xbox One. This floor also houses Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a TV and DVD player, and access to a bathroom that is shared with the den. This level also has designated parking at the main entryway and access to the level one covered deck!


Level One: Bedroom #2 has two twin bunk sets and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a TV. This room also has direct access to a semi-private full bathroom, which features an external hallway door to share the bathroom with bedroom #2. Bedroom #4 is a master bedroom with a king bed, a TV, its own private bathroom that includes a separate tub, and deck access to take in the breathtaking views of Emerald Isle. This master bedroom also has a walk-in closet and plenty of space to stow your luggage.


Level Two: This is the main living area of the home with LVP floors and a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, wet bar, and half bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with all of the appliances you will need for the duration of your stay as well as a Keurig coffee maker, an ice cream maker, and a waffle iron!


Additional Amenities: This house is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience! The home boasts 5 HDTVs, 4 of which have Smart TV capabilities. One of the TVs is equipped with an Xbox One, which is sure to impress the kids! YouTubeTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ are there as well for all of your streaming needs! The game room has air hockey to appeal to your competitive side! You will find outdoor furnished decks as well as an enclosed outdoor shower and outside dressing area to rinse off and change after a long day of soaking up the sun! You can also toss your beachwear in the in-unit washer/dryer right after the beach - so convenient!


Linens and towels provided with beds made (weekly stays only).

Kiwi Dream was a great house! Loved that it was pet friendly, our four legged one is part of our family and she goes everywhere with us, like our children would. It was large enough for us to have space when we were all together and our own when needed. The location was great and it was well stocked with what we needed and then some! Love working with Bluewater and would consider renting this house again for sure.

Kiwi Dream is a beautiful home with great space! The kitchen has everything you could want and more! The ocean views are amazing and it is so quiet being away from the main road. It was wonderful having the beds made and towels laid out for us. Being able to bring our dogs was also a selling feature for us. We would love to stay here again.

Kiwi Dream is a great house in a great location. This was our first time in Emerald Isle and despite the weather, we will be back! The house has everything you need...the kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Love the walk across the street to the beach - easy access! Also love the garage for storing beach gear. The upper deck is fantastic! We loved everything about this house.

Kiwi Dream East is a beautiful home with a fully-equipped kitchen that has plenty of pots, pans, bowls, casserole dishes, and serving dishes - this is very important when vacationing with a large family! The location is perfect, with views of the ocean and lots of ambient light in the rooms. The telescope and binoculars were wonderful accessories that allowed many hours of looking at Saturn (you could see the rings) and Jupiter ( you could see three moons one night), as well as star clusters. The clock that kept time as well as the tides was also very helpful because it allowed our family to choose when we wanted to go to the beach based on tides! All the bedrooms were appropriately sized with comfortable beds, and the game room on the ground floor was an excellent space for fun. Emerald Isle has always been our favorite place to vacation at the beach, and Kiwi Dream East made our stay even more enjoyable!

The location of Kiwi Dream was almost oceanfront with a lovely view and directly across from the beach access! We saw several dolphins swimming by from the deck! The upstairs living area was spacious and open and perfect for our family group of 10! Kitchen was stocked with so many more amenities than even noted. Had some beach umbrellas, chairs, and three bikes in the garage that were a pleasant surprise. The teenagers and men loved the game room! A/C worked great. Everything was comfortable and clean.

Wonderful and fully stocked house with view of the ocean. Nice deck with picnic table and comfy chairs to sit in and watch the water as well as a covered deck off the middle level of the home. Beach access is very convenient. Outdoor shower was very refreshing. Comfortable and spacious house, with charming decor.
