Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family reunions, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or pets allowed.

The G Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool & clubhouse which has a weight room. It's also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool! First Floor Condos have direct access to the indoor/outdoor pool from the screened in porch.


G-202 Pebble Beach is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath Second Floor Condo. It has a Queen Size bed as well as a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa! Additional Amenities: 2 Color Cable TV¡s, 2 DVD Players, Stereo/CD Player, Central Air/Heat, and An Open deck with a Table and 2 Chairs!


Linens & Towels Provided with Beds Made! (Weekly stays only)


No Smoking. No Pets.


PARKING INFORMATION: All units are provided with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.


Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 2-night minimum stay, available year-round.

The view was so pretty and we saw the full moon rise from the balcony . The bed was Super comfortable and the apartment was in great location to pools , beach, restaurants and bars!

This is the fourth time we've stayed in G 202. We have no complaints at all! Very safe place for my chidren to stay, in front yard it's a gated community. This partcular room is more towards the back, a small 3 minute walk to the beach. Has grills and a pool right off the balcony. Very close to town, shopping and the pier.

This place was well equipped and was comfortable for 3 adults. Linens were included which was very nice. Very quiet and relaxed setting. Property is gated and we felt very safe. We definitely will be back!

This was a nice place to stay. It was close to the indoor/outdoor pool. There is a little bit of a walk to the ocean. Security was checking the grounds daily which made us feel safe. Great place to stay.

Second year in a row booking through bluewater and stayed in the same room the last two years. We love Emerald Isle and the surrounding areas! It's a great place to take our kids and have lots of fun without having to worry about being super crowded. We never want to come back after our time is up! We're already looking forward to next years vacation and planning to do the things we didn't get to do on this trip.
