This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing, or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only minutes from shopping and restaurants, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all! Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area, and courtyard grills. Wooden walkways for easy beach access. Elevators (8 stair steps up to reach elevators) are available. .


A-301 is a 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Third Floor condo located in the Oceanfront Building A. The condo has views from the covered balcony located off the Living Room. Covered deck with furniture is just off the Living Area. Dining Area. Kitchen has a Garbage disposal, Oven, Keurig, Microwave & Dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, Full Bath TV and a covered deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and TV. Bedroom #3 has Twin/Double Bunk and TV. (bedrooms #2 and #3 share a bath). Central Heat & Air.

This condo is in a beautiful, accessible location. Everyone in our bunch was able to quickly get to their favorite activities: surf fishing, shell seeking, nature watching, pool and more. It was a very comfortable get-away to retreat to and gather together in after fun-filled days!

We loved our condo, well decorated, an extra bathroom and great location. This is our 6th time to Point Emerald Villas and we love the location and the closeness to the beach, particularly the fact that it isn't really crowded on the beach no matter when you go. Definitely one of the favorite condos.

I love emerald isle and had a blast with the family. It is a great beach, just enough to do without over doing it, quite and relaxing, and the beaches are super clean. the local area is fantastic also, with plenty to do with only a short drive.
