New built house finished in 2024 that has 2 amazing, large front porch decks with a reverse floorplan to allow vacationers to enjoy excellent ocean views in the main living area! Additionally, take your relaxing outdoors to the incredible 3rd floor covered outdoor living area. Take advantage of the large 2-car garage for both parking and beach storage, with a game room with TV and ping pong table rounding out the base floor.


Floor 1 - Game Room with TV and Ping Pong table with a bonus Queen bed. Full bathroom downstairs.


Floor 2 - Master with King Bed, walk in closet, TV, and private bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen and a TV. Bedroom 3 has two twins and a TV. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed and a TV. Bedroom 2-4 share a bathroom with two half baths connected with 1 shared shower.

So impressed with the Roosevelt Retreat! Wonderful location and the attention to detail 5 star .... not to mention how beautifully decorated the home was! Pictures don't do this house justice! The house was much larger than expected and comfortably accommodated my party of 8. Loved how well stocked the home was from the kitchen to beach chairs and kids toys, fishing rods, games, ping pong table, outdoor covered seating with a fabulous view.... I could go on and on!!! Will definitely be back!!

Roosevelt Retreat was our first stay outside of Emerald Isle AND our first non-oceanfront rental. Roosevelt Retreat is the very best home we’ve rented…EVER (and we always focus on newer/upgraded rentals). What we appreciated the most was how well stocked/equipped the home was! It was impressive and completely appreciated. After driving 9-10 hours from PA to discover a home that the owner truly shared with us was amazing! From the hand soaps to simple supplies and new dinnerware and beach chairs…it really made this trip miraculous! I wish other rentals would do the same!
