It is within walking distance to Homer¡s Point Marina, The Crab Shack, Anchor Drafthouse, Willis Seafood Market and Dollar General. With room for boat parking, a huge covered deck, Salty Oaks is the perfect place to escape to whilst surrounded by 250 year-old live Oak trees!


Level One: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with Full Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two Twin Beds. Full Bath in Hall. Living Room area with Flat Screen TV and DVD Player with Roku access. Fully equipped Kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, oven and dishwasher!


Level Two: is a suite with a separate entrance with shower, Queen Bed, sofa, table and small Kitchen area.


Additional amenities include: Mini-Splits with air and heat, 5 Flat Screen TVs, 2 DVD Players, Xbox 360, Roku, bonus room with twin bed, observation deck, outdoor deck with furniture, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and more! We had a great time this weekend at these properties which were walking distance to the Wedding Venue (Merrill Estates) and anything else we wanted to do. The properties were clean and well appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. Love the massive live oaks throughout the property that add shade and character. Will definitely stay here again

Loved the porch and the trees around the house and easy access to the park to walk the dog. Also close to the Dollar General to pick up any items we forgot to bring. Plenty of room in the house for everyone to have their own space.

We absolutely loved staying here! The house had so much room!! Loved the sitting area used to grill. The house is very old but is very nice and updated. I loved the old feel of it. The privacy lot is amazing for kids and dogs. It is very convenient to the dollar general and other restaurants. One night we took the kids and walked to the cute ice cream shop down the road. We will definitely be back.

Salty Oaks is a jewel! I needed a place that was quiet and peaceful but convenient to the ocean. This house delivered beautifully. The proximity of the Dollar General for 'forgotten items' and the Willis seafood market gave me all I could want or need for the week. There is a surprising amount of room in this house as well. I stayed upstairs in the apartment and worked downstairs. I had three friends come in for the weekend and we had more than enough room to spread out, share meals, and enjoy the porch breezes. I would say this house is perfect for a family with older (5 and up) children as you do have to walk a short distance on the road to get across the the beach but traffic was never very busy even for the week after Memorial Day.
