Level One: Living Area. Dining Area with seating for 6. Kitchen/Bar Area with Microwave (no dishwasher). There is one Queen bed and three Double beds.


Amenities: 2 Roku TVs, Stereo/CD Player, Washer/Dryer, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Covered Deck, Privacy Partition, Weatherproof Doors, Central Heat & Air, and Gas Grill.


Linens & Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.


Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

My favorite part is the big covered porch that overlooks the ocean. This is perfect for older family members that can no longer walk on the beach but still want to feel part of things. And it is a great place to sit and watch the stars and the rain.

We have been visiting Emerald Isle for the past 25 years and this was our first off season trip to Emerald Isle. The views were amazing from the back deck rocking chairs, we saw dolphins and pelicans everyday. The beds were comfortable which is not always the case in some of the homes we have stayed in. This was a perfect house for us and our pups to enjoy a much needed getaway from the Pennsylvania winter. Thank you to the homeowners and Bluewater staff.

This oceanfront home was just steps away from the beach which made for easy access for my mother and young children. Plenty of room in the house for all five of us. Although the weather was lacking the last few days we were there, it was hard to get the kids out of the water. We'll definitely be back.
