Summer Winds A-303 is a third-floor, oceanfront, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Take in the amazing views of the ocean from your private balcony!


Total bedding includes a bedroom with a King bed and deck access and private bath and another bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed and a shared bath.


Additional Amenities include: High-speed wireless internet, 3 Smart TV, Basic Cable, Covered Deck with furniture, outdoor deck, Interior Washer/Dryer, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, and blender.


Linens and towels are provided for weekly stays only.


Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.


Rents nightly with a 3 night minimum (Off season and last minute only).

The home was very clean and comfortable. and really lovely.  Weslept well on the great beds.    A big plus is being able to see the sand and waves from the largepicture window facing the beach.  We loved having an indoor and outdoor pool for our grand kids to enjoywhen the waves were rough.    Having a place to wash our feet before heading home from the beachwas a nice plus. I highly recommend a stay at Summerwinds # 303!

We stayed a week at unit 303 Summerwinds.  Everything was clean and fresh, and the view was great.  David.  Give it 5 stars! Very nice and comfortable.
