The rental was amazing. We felt "at home" immediately. It had all the amenities we needed and more. The kitchen was much more stocked with utensils and useful items than any other rental I have experienced. 10 out of 10.

Place was very clean, had plenty of space & a great view of the ocean. The down side was the place was being roofed while we were there. Being on the 3rd floor of a 3 story condo unit was very noisy.

As much as I would like to keep this little gem a secret! SunBay #6 (Goldenview) is a beautiful and well cared for Condo unit that is spacious and has terrific views. Everything is very clean, warm and inviting! You can definitely tell that the owner cares! Already planning on next years vacation there. The amenities on site are great and also has very easy access to the beach! Definitely 5 Stars!

The condo was awesome and very spacious for only 2 bedrooms. We loved the kitchen and also relaxing on the balcony watching the ocean. Beach and pool were both very nice. Great location with a short drive to restaurants and cool historic towns.

The condo was very roomy. It was decorated very nicely. The furniture was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the location of the condo. It was centered well around other places of interest to us. The location of the condo to the Beach was great! It was not crowded at all on the beach or at the pool.

Just love the location at Pine Knolls Shore, and the smaller condominium unit. Very quiet and private beach location. Condo nicely decorated without too much beachy clutter. Love Sun Bay!
