Shopping, restaurants, and a fishing pier are only a short walk or bike ride away. Sunny Daze is also equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience.


An open floor plan and modern furnishings characterize this cozy cottage. The Living Area, with a flat screen television, and the Dining Area, boasting covered deck access, are located on this level. The Kitchen Area is fully equipped including a Microwave and coffee maker (no dishwasher). Streetside Bedroom #1 has a King Bed with a Flat Screen TV. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed.


Amenities include: Beach Access two houses down, Gas & Charcoal Grill, a Microwave, Corn Hole, Hot and Cold Outdoor Shower Furnished outdoor deck, DVD Player, and CD Player.

We were so pleased with how clean and nice it was. There was everything in the kitchen for preparing any meal. Beds were comfortable and the beach was so close to enjoying walking and watching for dolphins. It was quiet and safe and close to shopping.

This home was perfect for us. Moms handicap so with one level the wheel chair could easily be brought through the sliding glass door and there wasn't a lot of rugs but a clean hard surface for her, which was safer. Loved the outdoor shower and the front deck/porch area to sit and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Internet access worked the whole time too. We rode a lot since everything was near by. Thanks to Suzanne and John for sharing tips on near by restaurants.

It was the perfect size for us 3 and our 2 dogs. We loved being a few steps from the beach and perfect street level for walking the dogs. The home is cozy and has a subtle beachy feel. There were ample kitchen dishes and cookware for cooking in. Loved the keyless entry.

I stayed 2 months since my house was under construction, and it was perfect for me and my 2 dogs. I had everything I needed, and the realty company was responsive to my questions. The beach is just over the sand dune. I highly recommend staying here.

Sunny Daze was a wonderful place to rent for the week. The location was amazing. It was right next to the beach and it was around everything. It was such a great price for the location! Concrete floors were amazing for my golden doodle who is always hot. The floors always stayed cool for him to lay on! I will definitely be going back again!

Highly recommend Sunny Daze...especially when taking pets. The concrete floors were perfect! Loved how close it was to the beach...was so convenient to just pop back in for lunch or grab something you forgot! The kitchen was very well stocked. We had everything we needed to cook up some great meals! We had a great vacation here!

Very well kept almost oceanfront apartment, and owners' attention to detail is evident. Although there is no ocean view in this ground floor rental, public beach access is very, very close and the surf sounds/sea breezes make for delightful days of shaded porch sitting in hot weather. The kitchen is well equipped, including a single serve Keurig for coffee and a blender for concocting exotic vacation blender drinks! Washer and dryer would be a bonus for those who have extended stays but there is a laundromat in Morehead City. Also, a nice new king size bed makes for good sleeping!

Very well stocked kitchen and the de-humidifier, which made living in the coastal humidity bearable. Ample towels were supplied. Refrigerator was roomy and worked well, including a great icemaker. Good cable TV, and even a radio, cd player available in the condo. The outside shower was EXCELLENT!!!! Good closets and dressers to unpack into. Neat little de-humidifier bags in each closet and the bathroom -- seemed to really help reduce the humidity.
