Sunny Side is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath Soundside home located in Emerald Isle. Located only approximately 3 blocks away from the beach you will be enjoying the sand between you toes in no time! Enjoy relaxing and swimming in your very own Private Pool. (pool can be heated for an additional $625 a week, year round)


Bedding: Bedding includes 1 King, 2 Queens and a Double/Twin Bunkbed.


Additional Amenities Include: 6 Flat Panel TVs, Premium Cable, High Speed Wireless Internet, Corn Hole, Shuffleboard, Screened Porches, Picnic Table, Private Pool, Garage, Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher.

I'm glad I chose SunnySide! The layout is great for a group. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to be together but we could also have our own space. We started and ended most days in the pool. The walk to the nearest beach access was very short and very easy and we went to the beach at least once a day. My husband is the cook and he reports that the kitchen is better stocked than any previous rental we've used.
