This house's location in Pine Knoll Shores gives you access to all the Crystal Coast has to offer! Including Emerald Isle and historic Beaufort. This house offers great ocean views from every south facing room on the main floor, fantastic views from the wrap-around deck, and direct beach access from the street.

Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

This house has plenty of room with separate living quarters plus really easy beach access right across the street. It's on a quiet street, feels very private, and has a great view from the large deck. I love this part of the island - it's very green and secluded, but also super close to Atlantic Beach and Beaufort if you want to do some shopping or find a great spot to eat. The aquarium is right nearby, too! I will absolutely be back to the Griffin House again!

The house had everything we needed for our group and so close to the water! I loved the view from the upstairs living space, flooded with sunshine and ocean vibes even when you are inside. The deck is the perfect sunset spot to sit with a glass of wine and soak it all in. It's hard to believe this amazing space exists, a quiet little neighborhood nestled in the dunes with beautiful empty beaches. A far cry from the crowded beaches to the north and south. It was so easy for us to walk to the water with our little ones and all our beach gear. Will absolutely stay here again!
