Windy Dunes is one of those original classic beach cottages with some updates but keeping the character like the old cypress throughout. Situated on an elevated, private lot, it offers convenient parking on Ocean Dr, as well as additional space in the back via Fairfax.


The spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home has a master suite with a walk-in shower plus a deep soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.


The great room, 3 bedrooms (with TVs) including the master suite, 2 ½ baths, a second TV room and a laundry room are on the main level. There is a partially covered deck for secluded outdoor dining and rockers for relaxing.


Lower level has a large rec room with a ping pong table for that competitive side, a Pac Man game, a game table, a sitting area with a TV, a bedroom with bathroom, a second kitchen and a cute twin bed tucked under the stairs. Outside, there is an enclosed oversized hot and cold shower with a changing area.


Total Bed Count: 1 king, 2 queens, 1 double, and 3 twins.


The home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your streaming and browsing convenience and boasts 7 Smart TVs, with access to various streaming services that guests can log into with their own accounts.


The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need as well as a Keurig coffee maker, a mixer, and a blender!


NOTE: Exterior lift is not available for guest use at any time.

The home rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

Windy Dunes is a beautiful second row cottage that is comfortable and cozy! Great deck for family gatherings, lots of rockers and extended porch. Comfortable furniture and beds, fun family room with games and ping pong, and well stocked kitchen. We loved it there!

Loved the house, porch facing the ocean and the wonderful outside shower. It was perfect for our family and the kids loved the ping pong table and game room. We had enough parking for everyone!
