My name is Kimberly Maness; I am an Atlantic Beach Realtor and have known and loved the area since I grew up on the Crystal Coast. After graduating from UNC with a degree in Special Education, I enjoyed teaching for 12 years in Virginia and North Carolina. Raleigh became my home after marriage, and it was there that we raised our three daughters, and I helped my husband grow his residential construction business. Once our girls were off, we began to come back to the area that we loved. Wanting to stay busy, Real Estate seemed to be the perfect career. Over the years, I had been involved in all aspects of my husband's building business and had enjoyed working with a "punch list" to get new buyers into their new houses.

Being a people person, I especially enjoy working with buyers and sellers. I am fortunate to work with such excellent clientele, many of whom have become lifelong friends and loyal customers. Knowing that clients trust me with their significant investments is a great feeling. I enjoy spending time with my daughters and three grandchildren. My favorite past times are volunteering, boating, traveling, and hanging out with friends when I'm not working in real estate.
